Hickory Hill Farmis a family owned and operated
farm in Dover, New Hampshire featuring pick your own strawberries and pumpkins, horse boarding, and hay.
This year, Chris and Matt Hunt have begun a project to make renewable, non-fossil fuel for our family's farm, in the form of Biodiesel.
Our farm has two diesel tractors that allow us to do almost every farm activity, and we want to make our work on the land as environmentally sustainable and friendly as possible.
Some local restaurants have been wonderful in supplying us with their used fryer oil, which we convert into fuel for our equipment. Our fantastic friends are:
If you own or run a restuarant, or know someone who does, we appreciate any used fryer oil that could be provided to support local agriculture.
We will pick up the used oil anytime, provide storage containers, and make the donation process smooth and easy for the restaurant!
