-1 9" baked pie shell
-1 3 oz. package cream cheese
-2 tbsp. sugar
-3 tbs. light cream
-2 cups fresh strawberries, mashed and undrained
-2 tsp. lemon juice
-3/4 cup sugar
-1/8 tsp. salt
-2 tbsp. corn starch
-1 cup whipping cream
-Blend cheese, sugar and cream in a small bowl. Spread evenly in bottom of pie shell.
-In sauce pan, combine strawberries, lemon juice, sugar, salt and cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture is thick and clear.
-Pour over cream cheese in pie shell.
-Garnish with whipped cream and whole fresh strawberries.
